Renovated stone village house
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A renovated village house of 60 m2 situated in the center of the picturesque village of Sfaka, 39km from Agios Nikolaos.
Sfaka is the Cretan name for Oleanders and the village is named after these flowers.
The entrance of the house is through the small village paths full of flowers, comprising an entrance hall, a kitchen and a bathroom on the lower level.
The stone wall with the fireplace, the arch that connects the living/kitchen area of the house with the place where now there is a bed and some other stone elements on the walls, are well preserved to show the traditional style of the house.
From the entrance level, a wooden staircase is going up to the mezzanine floor with a wardrobe and a bed which can be used as a bedroom like it is now or any other use according to the new owners needs.
A door from this level leads you out to the tiled roof/veranda where it could be transformed into a wonderful roof garden to relax and enjoy the sun and the mild Cretan climate.
Doors and windows are aluminum, double glazed and there is an air condition unit.
The house can be extended as there is extra building capacity.
